Job Summary: We are actively seeking an associate with 5-7 years’ experience handling complex commercial litigation matters, preferably related to commercial real estate and/or franchise disputes. The ideal candidate should have the ability to independently manage most phases of litigation and have excellent research, writing, analytical and communication skills. This position is an excellent growth and development opportunity, with direct client contact and mentorship from our talented team of attorneys. The qualified candidate must be admitted in New Jersey; New York admission is a plus.
