Commercial Litigation Associate – Mid-Level to Senior

The Portland office of Bullivant Houser is seeking an attorney with four or more years of experience handling civil litigation matters to join a well-respected firm that offers a collegial, collaborative and stable work environment. The position involves advising and representing clients in the following areas of the law: contract disputes, corporate finance and securities, professional liability, directors and officers claims, regulatory agency investigations, employment liability practice claims, fiduciary claims and commercial disputes. This position involves all phases of litigation with increasing responsibility for file management, including legal research, drafting pleadings, reviewing and propounding discovery, managing files, and appearing and presenting arguments at hearings, depositions, arbitrations and trials.
