Greensfelder, Hemker & Gale, P.C. has a need for a full-time attorney for its Litigation Department. This is a temporary position for six to nine months working closely with the eDiscovery and legal case teams to ensure electronic discovery is completed efficiently and defensibly. We seek a candidate with the demonstrable ability and strong desire to thrive in a team environment that provides excellent client service. This position will pay a competitive hourly rate. This is a contract position with the potential opportunity for an extension. Job responsibilities: Supervise and quality control document reviews. Evaluate issues on privilege. Assist with managing project teams. Oversee privilege logging and review. Initial analysis of documents to help advise on best workflows using advanced Relativity features. Supplement case team by providing additional oversight, expertise, and help with managing documents and drafting of review protocols. Utilize advanced Relativity functions to locate relevant documents needed by case teams. Qualifications: 2+ years of practice handling litigation matters. E-discovery experience with working knowledge of Relativity preferred. Hands-on experience with large scale document reviews, predictive coding workflows, project management, and a detailed understanding of discovery law, including the jurisprudence of attorney-client privilege and work-product protections. Excellent analytical, problem solving, and decision-making skills. Excellent interpersonal communication skills. Juris Doctor degree (JD) and must be a member of the MO State Bar.
