Position Overview Day Pitney’s Complex Commercial Litigation group is seeking an associate with 2-5 years of commercial litigation experience to join our growing team in Stamford, CT. Ideal candidates will have hands-on experience in all aspects of complex commercial litigation and familiarity with the state and federal courts in Connecticut. We are looking for candidates who are excited about litigating and taking on more responsibility and doing challenging work, including handling discovery, taking and defending depositions, drafting and arguing pleadings and motions, day-to-day case management, and participation in trial preparation. Prior experience as a judicial clerk is also a plus. In addition, dual admission in the New York courts is a plus, as is experience with government and internal investigations.
