This is a contract role for an attorney looking to work an average of 20 hours weekly. About You: 6+ years of real estate transactional work. Experience with retail clients preferred but not required. Must have experience drafting and revising commercial real estate leases and agreements. Ability to independently work with clients and manage client matters. Highly responsive to client communications and needs. Detail oriented. Due to client needs, an attorney in either Pacific Time or Mountain Time Zone is preferred.
