The Dallas office of Fisher Phillips seeks to hire a senior level associate with 5 years (or more) of Employment Litigation experience to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney with several years of employment litigation experience looking to grow a practice under the mentorship of talented partners. We are looking for the next team member to join our community, someone who thrives in a hybrid work environment, and has a growth mindset. The ideal candidate must have substantial Texas State Court and federal court experience, including first or second chair jury trial work, appellate court experience, administrative agency proceedings experience, non-compete case handling and discrimination case handling experience under federal and Texas laws. Qualified candidates will have experience with litigation matters from start to finish such as drafting and responding to pleadings, managing discovery, drafting and arguing motions, as well as taking and defending depositions and participating in mediations and trials, and must be capable of working directly with clients. We know what factors are needed to provide excellent client service to our internal and external clients. This means we are looking for attorneys with excellent academic credentials, strong writing and analytical skills, the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment, commitment to and empathy for their fellow team members, and a relentless commitment to personal growth and client service. Successful candidate will be a self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
