Type of Experience: King & Spalding seeks a mid- to senior-level associate for its corporate group, based in either San Francisco or Silicon Valley. Qualified candidates will have three to six years’ experience advising public and/or private companies (including startup and emerging growth companies), and investors in such companies, in corporate, finance and securities law matters, including venture capital and private equity financings, mergers & acquisitions, public offerings and SPAC deals. In addition to relevant experience, candidates should have strong academic credentials, California bar admission, an entrepreneurial attitude, and a desire to contribute to the growth of the firm’s West Coast corporate practice.
