If so, we want you at Brownstein. The Denver office of Brownstein Hyatt Farber Schreck LLP is seeking an employment litigation associate. The role is Colorado-based but supports employment litigation across U.S. jurisdictions and forums, including agency, court, arbitration, and appellate forums. Candidates should have a passion for the ever-expanding field of employment law and a desire to focus their practice on employment litigation. Qualified candidates will have 3-5 years’ experience working in civil litigation, ideally with a focus on employment law, and impeccable legal research and critical thinking abilities, the ability to problem solve, and strong writing skills including experience drafting pleadings, briefs, and memos. Qualified candidates will have a proven track record of success, including excellent academic performance, law journal or law review experience, strong writing and analytical skills, interpersonal and communication skills, the ability to work effectively and collaboratively in a team environment, intellectual curiosity, and professional references. Compensation: Salary will range between $195,000 - $210,000, depending on experience. A discretionary bonus may also be available based on performance.
