The Team Our team covers everything from cosmetic and beautician treatments through to complex clinical negligence claims of the highest value. We represent professionals before their regulators and advise on local disciplinaries. We represent local authorities and major organisations before the Scottish Child Abuse Inquiry and we are at the forefront of responding to historic claims. The Role We are looking for a qualified solicitor 4/5+ years PQE to join our team. The role will involve managing a mix ed caseload of healthcare and historic abuse claims. This is an excellent opportunity to join an expanding team within our multi-award winning firm. The role is based in Edinburgh and requires regular communication with clients nationally and internationally. We have a collaborative, supportive team working in a modern, flexible environment. The successful candidate should have experience in litigation . This is an opportunity to take a lead in a growing area where the law is developing and the work is challenging.
