Seyfarth Shaw LLP’s premier Labor & Employment Department has an exciting opportunity for an outstanding Associate in its San Francisco office. The ideal candidate will have 4 - 8 years of significant broad based experience in employment litigation, including 2 or more of the followings areas: discrimination and wrongful discharge employment litigation, wage-hour matters, or class and collective actions, and should be able to handle routine employment litigation with minimal supervision. Excellent academic credentials, analytical skills and verbal and written communication skills required.
