Preferred applicants will be 2-6 years out of law school with sophisticated experience in one or more of the following areas: corporate and partnership tax, general transactional tax, and U.S. taxation of transactions involving foreign entities. Large law firm or tax boutique firm experience is desired, as is an LL.M. in Taxation. Superior academic credentials, excellent verbal, written, analytical, and interpersonal skills are required for this position.Â
