We are seeking an employment associate with two to four years of relevant experience to join our Seattle office. Our employment attorneys represent both employers and employees in a wide range of matters, not only litigating, but also providing advice on compliance with employment laws and day-to-day workplace issues. Our employment group also maintains a robust and well-respected workplace investigation practice. Candidates with a demonstrated interest in employment law, and particular interest or experience in conducting workplace investigations and advisory work are preferred. For candidates in their first few years of practice, prior work experience in a related field is preferred. Outstanding academic achievement and superior analytical, communication and interpersonal skills are required. Compensation for this position will be determined based on the individual’s qualifications and experience. For second to fourth year candidates, the expected salary range is between $135,000 – $152,000, and includes opportunities for a quarterly non-discretionary hours stipend and a discretionary annual bonus.
