Dentons US LLP is seeking a M&A mid-level associate with excellent academic credentials and 4-6 years of legal experience to join our Venture Technology practice splitting their time 50/50 in our New York Meatpacking and Short Hills, New Jersey offices. The ideal candidate will have significant M&A experience. The person hired for this position will be integrated into a dynamic team. Pursuant to New York law, the salary range for this position in New York is $295,000 to $400,000, based on experience.
