THE POSITION Goldberg Segalla LLP, a national law firm with more than 20 offices in 10 states, has an immediate opportunity for a Transactional Associate to join our Corporate Law and Transactions practice group in our Buffalo, Rochester, or Syracuse office. Once hired, the associate will have the opportunity to take an active role on a wide variety of matters including commercial real estate and leasing, agreement drafting, corporate and not for profit formations, estate planning and administration, will drafting, and business counseling and advice. The firm has a robust mentoring program that helps our associates in their professional and business development. THE QUALIFICATIONS Qualified candidates will be licensed to practice in New York and have 6+ years of relevant experience. Additionally, they must possess excellent analytical, legal, oral, and written communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to balance legal and business risk. THE BENEFITS The annualized salary range for this position is $70,000-$150,000. Actual pay may be adjusted based on experience and other job-related factors permitted by law.
