Our Summer Program is offered in our Ann Arbor, Austin, Bay Area, Boston, Los Angeles, New York, and San Diego offices. It is designed to give you hands-on experience and better insight into life as a junior associate at Gunderson Dettmer. You’ll work directly with partners and associates in our three core practice areas: Corporate, Fund Formation, and Strategic Transactions & Licensing (“Tech/IP Group”). As a Summer Associate, you will take on a variety of work assignments on projects that may include: venture financings, commercial transactions, mergers and acquisitions, technology licensing, privacy compliance, venture fund formation and a range of other impactful and substantive work for our clients. By the end of our program you will have gained direct experience with the emerging technology marketplace and insight into building a career at Gunderson Dettmer. Summer Associates are compensated $4,327 per week for the duration of the Summer Program.
