Finance Attorney

Barley Snyder, a regional law firm of more than 130 attorneys, has an excellent opportunity for a finance attorney.

We are looking for an entrepreneurial attorney interested in developing a diverse practice with immediate significant client contact. The successful candidate will be a mid-level attorney, with substantial experience (at least 2-4 years) representing banks and other financial entities with respect to complex financings, including asset-based lending, 501(c)(3), healthcare and public/private infrastructure related financings. Helpful to also have prior experience in municipal/tax-exempt financing and/or tax credit related transactions including those involving new markets tax credits, low-income housing tax credits and historic tax credits.

Experience in a mid-size to large firm setting. Seeking a candidate with strong analytical and writing skills, strong academic credentials, and excellent work ethic.
