Troutman Pepper Locke’s Consumer Financial Services practice group is seeking an associate to be based in our San Francisco office. We are looking for someone that thoroughly enjoys research and writing and is looking for the opportunity to draft and argue motions, conduct discovery and be involved with partner input in crafting strategy for litigation. Applicants with 2 to 5 years of business, commercial, and/or financial services litigation experience are a great fit for this role. Candidates must have excellent academic and professional credentials, superior research and writing ability, strong analytical skills, and excellent communication skills. Candidates must be in good standing in California. The salary range for this position is $235,000 - $275,000 dependent on relevant years of experience.
