Type of Experience: Recognized as a “Litigation Powerhouse” and an eight-time Law360 Practice Group of the Year, King & Spalding’s Product Liability & Mass Torts practice seeks associates with 3 to 5 years of litigation experience for its offices in Atlanta and New York (with flexibility to consider candidates in Chicago and D.C.). Associates will be integral members of trial teams which handle the most significant individual, multidistrict, mass tort, and class action lawsuits for product manufacturers across a wide spectrum of industries and in some of the most challenging jurisdictions for corporate clients. We operate as a collaborative team focused on exceptional client service and associate development. Qualified candidates will have outstanding academic credentials, strong written and oral advocacy skills, experience handling discovery and other trial preparation at a large law firm or civil litigation boutique, and an entrepreneurial mindset. The anticipated full-time annualized salary range is $260,000 to $365,000.
