Position Summary We have an excellent opportunity for a current 3L law student to join our Labor & Employment Team based in Green Bay or Appleton, WI beginning September 2025 to facilitate needs for our global clients. The ideal candidate is proactive and will thrive in managing complex projects with strong attention to detail and within a high performing team. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Conduct legal research; draft and prepare memoranda, employment-related contracts, responsive pleadings and briefs; advise on both state and federal fair employment laws, labor laws, wage and hour laws, and leave laws; represent clients before state and federal administrative agencies and courts; keep up to date on labor and employment legal developments; and provide inventive legal solutions that meet the challenges and objectives of our clients’ most sophisticated and important matters. Qualifications & Education Requirements Excellent research, writing and drafting skills Proven ability to work within fast-paced team environment with multiple deadlines and demands both internally and externally Possesses superior organizational and time management skills Ability to work full-time, including variable hours that flex with client needs Excellent communication skills (both oral and written) Interest in a collaborative, intellectually stimulating environment with a strong desire to contribute to team and client success J.D. from ABA accredited law school Will be admitted to practice in the State of Wisconsin in 2025.
