Gordon Rees Scully Mansukhani, LLP has an immediate Associate opening in its expanding Columbus office. The position will focus in complex commercial, class action/mass tort, and employment litigation. Candidates must have 2-5 years of substantial litigation experience. Candidates must have an excellent academic background, proven skills in writing, analysis, and research, and be a self-starter who is able to handle important aspects of litigation with limited supervision. A proven track record that includes sophisticated motion or appellate practice and depositions is strongly preferred. Additionally, a commitment to superior client service is essential. Trial experience is preferred, but not required. Candidates must be licensed in Ohio.
