Job Description: Orrick currently has an opportunity for an attorney to join our market-leading Technology Companies Group practice open to any of our US office locations. The ideal candidate will have three to five years of relevant law firm experience with private offerings, general venture capital and tech company corporate transactions, public company representation, and public offerings. Candidates must be highly motivated and possess excellent academic credentials along with superior communication skills. Membership to the State Bar of the desired office location is required. Job Requirements: The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of Corporate Law experience in a major law firm. Candidates must be highly motivated, possess excellent academic credentials, exceptional verbal, and written skills along with superior communication skills. Compensation and Benefits The expected salary range for this position is between $260,000 and $365,000. Orrick is committed to providing a comprehensive, competitive, and thoughtful total compensation package to our attorneys and staff, wherever they work. This compensation and benefits information is based on the Orrick’s estimate as of the date of publication and may be modified in the future. The level of pay within the range will depend on a variety of job-related factors that may include, but not limited to, qualifications, relevant experience or education, particular skills or expertise, geography. Other compensation may include an annual discretionary merit bonus, which would be determined by Firm and individual performance.
