Job Description: Mayer Brown is seeking a ERISA Fiduciary associate with 1 - 4 years of experience (2024-2021) for our DC or Chicago office. The ideal candidate must write well, think analytically and be very detail oriented. The ERISA practice at Mayer Brown is a diversified practice - the candidate will work on private funds, credit agreements, structured finance products as well as ERISA compliance matters for financial institutions, asset managers and plan sponsors. The associate may also be involved with the drafting of proposed regulations and Labor Department guidance. The candidate must understand a variety of financial transactions in order to advise clients of the ERISA-related regulatory considerations involved in each. The salary for this position in the class of 2024-2021 is $225,000 - $310,000, although the actual salary could be lower or higher if the candidate’s skills and experience level are different from those specified above.
