Description
The Washington, D.C. office of Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP is currently searching for Staff Attorneys to join their Litigation Practice. The responsibilities of Skadden’s Staff Attorneys include document review, privilege log preparation, participating in witness interviews, preparing witness interview memoranda, and legal research and writing generally related to document production and privilege issues. Staff Attorneys work closely with other members of our Litigation Department on a wide variety of litigation and enforcement matters. Any candidate must be a graduate of an ABA accredited law school and have demonstrated strong academic performance. Candidates must be eligible to waive into the District of Columbia bar if they are not already members. Staff attorneys are eligible for the following benefits: medical, dental, disability, and life insurance; 401(k); DC bar registration; on-site fitness center; continuing legal education (in-house, PLI, DC Bar, Lexis/Westlaw); 4 weeks of paid vacation; and parental leave.
