Job Description: Williams Mullen has an excellent opportunity for a mid-level associate with 2-5 years’ experience and an interest in practicing government contract law to join our established and successful Government Contracts Practice Group in our Tysons, VA, office. Job Requirements: 2-5 years’ experience in government contract law, including contract drafting, negotiations, claims preparation and evaluation, bid and size protests, subcontractor disputes and related client inquiries, and litigation and alternative dispute resolution. Experience in small business compliance and/or false claims act litigation is required. Successful candidates will possess the ambition to excel and enjoy working in a small-office environment with the benefits of large-firm resources and cross-office engagement. Excellent writing and analytical skills are required. Successful candidates will also have the drive and energy to take initiative to advance projects and pay attention to details.
