Job Overview: You will interact directly with clients and act with integrity to provide incisive advice to clients, with the support of your colleagues You will have the opportunity to lead the drafting of complex and innovative transaction documentation and negotiate terms on behalf of clients You will take responsibility for day to day matters on complex transactions You will supervise and mentor junior attorneys on the team You will demonstrate excellence in communicating with clients in order to understand their needs and how best to meet them You will contribute to the firm’s vision to be an exceptional place to work, by contributing to the creation of a positive work environment Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: 3+ years’ projects/project finance/infrastructure experience gained within private practice or in-house All candidates must be admitted to the New York, California and/or Texas Bar (depending on location) Strong drafting skills Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Strong attention to detail with well-developed analytical skills #LI-HYBRID In accordance with New York’s Pay Transparency Law, the pay range for this position is $260,000-$365,000 per year. The compensation offered to a candidate selected for employment will be dependent upon various factors, including the candidate’s geographic market, skills, educational and professional background, experience and overall qualifications.
