Parsons Behle & Latimer has an immediate opening for a full-time Litigation Paralegal to assist with the management of litigation on behalf of a large mortgage servicer. Job duties include reviewing and approving pleadings, managing litigation timelines, developing case strategy, and working with outside counsel to resolve matters. Position requires a paralegal certificate and/or a bachelor’s degree with 2+ years of litigation experience. Mortgage, real estate or bankruptcy experience is a plus. Remote working options available after completion of in-office training.
