Are you ready to go beyond?</p> <p></p> <p> As an <b>Associate Director, Compliance &amp; Antitrust Counsel</b>, the successful candidate will be responsible for providing legal support to P&amp;W’s Ethics &amp; Compliance (E&amp;C) program, including Antitrust and Competition Law compliance, Conflict Minerals compliance, and Communications. The position reports to a Director, Senior Counsel, Compliance.</p> <p></p> <p><b> All qualified candidates should have prior antitrust experience. Experience can include antitrust </b><b>compliance, litigation, and/or mergers and acquisition.*</b></p> <p></p> <p> Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:</p> <ul> <li><p> Providing advice and counsel on antitrust and competition laws, regulations, policies, and procedures to internal clients</p></li> <li><p> Support and help execute Company policy for Antitrust Compliance</p></li> <li><p> Conducting and/or supporting investigations involving allegations of violations of antitrust law or policy</p></li> <li><p> Assisting in development of P&amp;W’s annual antitrust training plans and conducting antitrust trainings across the Company</p></li> <li><p> Serve as P&amp;W’s point of contact for Trade Shows / Trade Associations, including review of participation in Trade Associations and providing related training</p></li> <li><p> Support P&amp;W and RTX’s Conflict Minerals Compliance Program and disclosure process, including support of P&amp;W Supply Chain lead for program</p></li> <li><p> Support P&amp;W’s Communications group, as appropriate, including review of materials for external release</p></li> <li><p> Continually enhance and improve P&amp;Ws’ ethics and “Speak Up” culture</p></li> <li><p> Maintain a heightened awareness of the RTX Code of Ethics, acting with integrity at all times</p></li> </ul> <p></p> <p><b> Basic Qualifications</b>:</p> <ul> <li><p> JD degree at least 10 years’ experience</p></li> <li><p> At least 2 years' of experience in antitrust law</p></li> </ul> <p></p> <p><b> Preferred Qualifications</b>:</p> <ul> <li><p> Requires strong presentation and project management experience</p></li> <li><p> Approachable and discreet</p></li> <li><p> Knowledgeable of the organization's values and principles</p></li> <li><p> Objective, fair and sound judgment</p></li> <li><p> Honest, direct and straightforward in communications</p></li> <li><p> Positioned to make independent judgments with strong decision-making skills</p></li> <li><p> Must have strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently</p></li> <li><p> Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills</p></li> </ul> <p></p> <p><b> What is my role type?</b></p> <p> In addition to transforming the future of flight, we are also transforming how and where we work.
