The Real Estate and Finance Department of Klehr Harrison Harvey Branzburg LLP is seeking an attorney with 4 to 6 years of experience in real estate and commercial finance law to work in one of the most exciting, active and diverse real estate and finance practices in the region. The position is for our Philadelphia office. Applicants should have experience representing sellers and buyers, borrowers, lenders and preferred equity investors in connection with sales, acquisitions, construction and permanent financing, and preferred equity investments and debt restructurings. Experience with CMBS loans a plus.
