Gallagher & Kennedy is seeking a lateral attorney to grow our estates and trusts practice in Phoenix. The ideal candidate will have 6-10+ years of experience working with high-asset individuals and families in the areas of estate planning, wealth preservation and transition, family business succession, probate, sophisticated tax structuring, and general tax matters. Must be admitted in Arizona. Admission to the U.S. Tax Court and possession of an LL.M. or CPA license would be a plus but are not required. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated senior associate or junior to mid-level partner to work with a highly-successful, experienced estates and trusts partner (and his substantial book of business), while also expanding your current client base.
