Commercial Litigation Associate - New Jersey, New York or Philadelphia

Our New Jersey, New York or Philadelphia office is seeking an associate with three to six years of experience to join our strong commercial litigation practice. Ideal candidates will have experience in complex litigation with a strong knowledge of the rules of civil procedure and evidence, and exposure to investigations and/or white collar matters is a plus. This is an excellent opportunity to join a sophisticated nationwide litigation practice and work in a dynamic, expanding, and team-oriented atmosphere. Our Litigation Department is our largest department and represents a wide range of local, national and international clients in all types of complex litigation, and regularly represents clients in local, state and federal courts, at both the trial and appellate levels. Qualified candidates will have superior academic credentials, communication skills, and written work product. Active bar license in NJ, NY or PA is preferred. The estimated target salary range for this position is $205,000 - $300,000. Salary determinations are dependent upon a candidate’s relevant skills and experience, geographic location, licensure, market demands and other factors.
