We are currently seeking attorneys with outstanding credentials and qualifications to join our market-leading Technology & IP Transactions group in New York, Chicago, the Bay Area, or Salt Lake City. We are specifically seeking associates who have four to six years of experience with technology and IP-intensive transactions or other relevant experience. Our associates have the opportunity to work on a wide range of transactions, including domestic and international transactions that Kirkland handles for public and private companies across a broad spectrum of industries including software, pharma and life sciences, consumer products, and media and entertainment. Matters include mergers and acquisitions, financings, joint ventures, strategic alliances, restructurings, software and systems agreements, outsourcing, R&D agreements, collaboration agreements, licenses (patent, trademark, copyright, and data/databases), and other commercial agreements. Technical degree not required.
