Online Enforcement and Brand Protection Attorney / Litigation Attorney

Position Summary:

Vorys is seeking an attorney with three or more years of commercial litigation experience to join our dynamic and fast-paced eControl enforcement team, an innovative practice designed to help protect and grow companies’ brand value by controlling online sales. This is a non-partnership track position ideal for an attorney who thrives in high-volume environments and has a demonstrated interest in intellectual property, internet, brand protection and or/eCommerce law.
