Paul Hastings' Office of the General Counsel is seeking an Associate General Counsel to join our New York office. This position will focus on lateral conflicts and integration, and it will work closely with our Conflicts Department and be the key point person/liaison with lateral hires. Responsibilities include helping clear lateral conflicts, assisting with onboarding from the General Counsel Office’s perspective, and providing support to new partners with opening matters and obtaining clearance upon arrival. Candidates must have at least 10 years of legal practice experience, broad in-house experience, preferably at an AmLaw 100 firm, and substantive conflicts review and litigation experience. Candidates must be admitted to the NY State Bar and be in good standing. Please submit a cover letter, resume, and law school transcript. The salary wage range that we expect to pay for this position is a minimum of $325,000 and a maximum of $360,000 (annually).
