The Hong Kong Corporate group is seeking one Mid to Senior Compliance Associate (Hong Kong admitted) with bilingual skills (English & Mandarin) and experience to support our Corporate team in Hong Kong. Candidates should have relevant experience in Compliance work. The Hong Kong* office focuses on a full range of corporate, capital markets, mergers and acquisitions, private equity, energy, infrastructure and project finance, real estate and investment finance, restructuring and insolvency, and structured finance transactions. The office also is the headquarters of the firm’s Asia-Pacific international arbitration and litigation practice. With combined U.S., Hong Kong and English law capabilities, we provide integrated, comprehensive services on a wide variety of matters.
