ERISA Litigation Associate

Alston & Bird has an immediate opening for an associate in the ERISA Litigation group. 2-6 years’ relevant experience is preferred. Experience in litigation is required, and experience in ERISA litigation is a plus. The ideal candidate will have excellent academic credentials as well as strong verbal, written, and interpersonal skills. This position would preferably be resident in Washington, DC, but location could be flexible for Atlanta, Dallas, or Chicago.
