Job Description: Williams Mullen is seeking a motivated Finance & Real Estate associate with 3-6 years’ experience to join our Raleigh, NC office. This is a great opportunity for an associate to seek a positive career trajectory, business development experience, enhance professional development skills, and develop significant responsibility and work with partners on all levels of client interaction. Job Requirements: Ideal candidates have 3-6 years’ experience in drafting commercial real estate, leasing and financing documents, and handling title, survey, entity and other real estate diligence matters. Additional experience in commercial lending and banking transactions, including commercial real estate loans, asset-based loans, or other secured credit facilities of varying types is a plus. Successful candidates must demonstrate the ability to work effectively as part of a team while also being able to assume individual responsibility for client matters. Possess a drive for excellence and willingness to take initiative to solve problems. Strong writing credentials and excellent analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills are required. Candidates must be currently licensed in North Carolina, able to immediately waive into North Carolina, or be a member of the bar in one or more US Jurisdictions and willing to sit for the North Carolina bar.
