Troutman Pepper’s Labor + Employment Department is seeking to hire an associate with 3 to 5 years of experience in employment-related litigation, including defending and counseling employers; experience with class action matters; and familiarity with wage and hour issues. This role can be based in any of our California offices. The ideal candidate will have a record of distinguished academic achievement, excellent writing and communications skills, and demonstrated work ethic and commitment to excellence in professional skills and client service. Candidates must be in good standing in California. The salary range for this position is $250,000 - $305,000 dependent on relevant years of experience.
