You’ll assist with a wide variety of commercial real estate tasks, including acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, due diligence, and joint ventures. The successful candidate will possess a JD with commercial real estate experience; specifically, experience in structuring, negotiating, and documenting commercial real estate transactions. Must have strong communication and problem-solving skills, work independently, be professional, self-motivated and a team player with strong MS Outlook, Word and Excel skills.
