Preferred qualifications include a minimum of 2+ years' of prior experience defending railroad civil litigation cases. You will also gain immediate experience working with clients, taking depositions, appearing in court, and learning how to do develop business. This position must be based in one of the following cities: Denver, Colorado; Kansas City, Missouri; or Billings, Montana, and must be in good standing in their respective state. Requirements Qualified candidates should possess the following qualifications, skills, and experience: Colorado, or Missouri, or Montana licensed attorney in good standing; Railroad civil litigation experience; FELA Strong academic credentials; Trial experience preferred; Exceptional writing skills; Excellent research and analytical skills; Strong interpersonal and communication skills; Ability to manage multiple assignments concurrently and produce excellent work products; Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Outlook (Microsoft Office 365 preferred).
