We have an exciting opportunity for attorneys with a background in transactional work (either on the corporate side or traditional labor side) with at least 4 years experience. You will join our rapidly growing transactional underwriting practice group. This team advises transactional risk insurers on all aspects of a deal, including assisting with insurer due diligence, identifying key risks with the transaction, and working with buyers’ counsel to negotiate a transactional risk product that serves the needs of all. As an attorney in the transactional underwriting practice, you’ll have the opportunity to work on interesting, challenging, and groundbreaking work in collaboration with senior attorneys. Experience working on purchase agreements; General transactional experience and if you have reps & warranties underwriting experience, that's a plus!
