Skadden‘s German Dispute Resolution practice is looking for an associate to assist in arbitration proceedings and in proceedings before public courts. Another particular focus of our practice are disputes in connection with compliance matters. The ideal associate will have up to five year’s work experience, two honors degrees and fluent command of English as well as a keen interest in litigious disputes before state and arbitration courts. Our clients include, major companies, members of corporate bodies and government authorities in complex disputes before both international arbitration and public courts, notably in finance, capital market and corporate law as well as in disputes with respect to joint ventures and in connection with corporate acquisitions.
