Seyfarth Shaw LLP is seeking a Trademark Counsel for its Atlanta, Chicago or Houston office with 4 - 7 years of trademark litigation experience. The ideal candidate will have experience in trademark, false advertising, counterfeiting, and unfair competition actions in federal courts, administration agencies and the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board (TTAB) of the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) plus experience coordinating the global enforcement and defense of registered trademarks. Top law firm experience preferred. Excellent academic credentials, analytical skills, and verbal and written communication skills required.
