Levenfeld Pearlstein is seeking a partner with at least 8-10 years of real estate joint venture experience to join its growing and highly collaborative transactional practice groups. The ideal candidate will have experience representing sophisticated institutional investors, as well as operators and developers, on complex real estate joint venture transactions. Experience with real estate finance and/or real estate private equity fund formation is a plus. We are looking for someone who is a self-starter with a strong work ethic and an entrepreneurial approach to practicing law.
