Levenfeld Pearlstein is seeking an employment attorney with at least 4-6 years of employment counseling and litigation experience to join its highly collaborative labor and employment group. The ideal candidate will have significant experience counseling employers on issues relating to compliance with federal, state and local employment laws, drafting employment documents, and litigating discrimination, wage and hour, restrictive covenant and other employment-related claims. Experience with traditional labor matters, the employment aspects of corporate transactions, and/or representation of senior executives is a plus. We are looking for someone who is a self-starter with a strong work ethic and an entrepreneurial approach to practicing law.
