Ideally, the position will be based in Houston, but candidates interested in working in the Austin office will also be considered. Qualified candidates will have superior academic credentials and excellent writing, research, analytical, organizational, and communication skills. Qualified candidates will also have one to three years of litigation experience at a large law firm and/or will have completed a federal court clerkship. Consideration will also be given to candidates who are currently completing a federal court clerkship*.
