Polsinelli is seeking a Conflicts Counsel to support our firm. This position can be remote or hybrid, preferred to be near one of our offices. Must be detail oriented, have strong computer skills, strong oral and written communication skills, critical thinking skills, the ability to perform well under pressure, and active bar membership in good standing. The ideal candidate would have at least two years’ experience in conflicts clearance in a large law firm but strong candidates without specific conflicts experience will be considered. Review and analyze new business conflict of interest reports and identify potential conflicts of interest and assist Attorneys in resolving them. Review and analyze lateral and new attorney conflict of interest reports and identify potential conflicts of interest and assist Attorneys and Firm Management in resolving them.
