This position is open to all qualified candidates who are in their first or second year at an ABA-accredited law school. Summer Associates at Panitch Schwarze are given the opportunity to experience several different areas of Panitch Schwarze’s IP practices including intellectual property counseling and opinion work, patent prosecution, and intellectual property litigation-related matters. The Summer Associate Program is designed to provide training in the substantive and procedural aspects of the practice. Summer Associates have direct access to Partners, Associates, and Agents alike, and our attorneys will be responsible for ensuring the quality and variety of work, as well as timely and appropriate feedback. Summer Associates also have plenty of opportunities to socialize and get to know us through various virtual group events.
