Position Summary: In this role, you will see that our clients receive the best care and obtain excellent results. Attorneys are expected to work with clients and staff to discuss and resolve cases, show compassion and empathy, and demonstrate an ability to earn client trust, confidence, and respect. They will also provide clients with updates and communicate with insurance companies from time to time regarding status of claims, demands, offers and negotiate claims. The position is equally suited to a new Attorney or a seasoned one looking to practice personal injury in pre-litigation. As this is a pre-litigation position, the work is office-based and requires little to no travel or litigation work.
