The ideal attorney will have excellent academic credentials. 1-4 years of commercial real estate experience. Must have a JD from an ABA-approved law school and be an active member in good standing of the Ohio and/or Kentucky bar. Experienced in drafting, reviewing, negotiating and revising letters of intent, offers, leases, purchase and sale agreements and other commercial real estate agreements. Understanding of commercial real estate transactions from inception through closing. Must have excellent oral and written communication skills.
