Position Summary Shutts & Bowen’s Orlando office is seeking a mid-level associate with 3+ years of experience to join its Labor & Employment Practice Group. Prior L&E and litigation experience is a requirement and large law firm experience preferred. This position may also involvesome general business litigation matters. The ideal candidate will have excellent drafting and communication skills, exceptional attention to detail, the ability to work effectively within deadlines, and client interaction skills.
